Become an affiliate

To become a Blackbird Marketing affiliate, you must meet the following requirements:

3. Promotion: Promote Blackbird Marketing services using approved marketing materials and methods.

Membership levels and benefits

We offer four levels of affiliate membership, each with its own set of benefits, discounts and sales percentages:

1. Affiliate level 1 (Bronze):

Discount: 10% discount on Blackbird Marketing services.

Percentage of sales: Earn 5% commission for each referred sale.

Benefits: Access to promotional materials and support.

Requirements: Promote our services through your website, social media or other marketing channels.

2. Affiliate level 2 (Silver):

Discount: 15% discount on Blackbird Marketing services.

Percentage of sales: Earn 7% commission for each referred sale.

Benefits: Personalized affiliate support and access to advanced promotional tools.

Requirements: Consistently generate referred sales and maintain a positive relationship with Blackbird Marketing.

3. Affiliate Level 3 (Gold):

Discount: 20% discount on Blackbird Marketing services.

Percentage of sales: Earn 10% commission for each referred sale.

Benefits: Priority affiliate support, exclusive promotional offers and joint marketing opportunities.

Requirements: Demonstrate a consistent track record of successful referrals and actively promote our services.

4. Affiliate Level 4 (Platinum):

Discount: 25% discount on Blackbird Marketing services.

Percentage of sales: Earn 15% commission for each referred sale.

Benefits: VIP affiliate support, customized promotional plans and recognition as a top affiliate partner.

Requirements: Maintain a high level of performance, including generating significant sales and actively promoting Blackbird Marketing.

Affiliate responsibilities

As an affiliate of Blackbird Marketing, you agree to:

1. Compliance: Comply with our Affiliate Policy and all applicable laws and regulations while promoting our services.

2. Accurate promotion: Provide accurate and honest information when promoting Blackbird Marketing services.

3. Marketing Materials: Use approved marketing materials provided by us or request approval for customized materials.

4. Ethical Promotion: Avoid misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
Seguimiento y pagos

We will provide you with unique affiliate tracking links to monitor your referrals and commissions. Payments are generally made monthly and you must meet a minimum commission threshold for payment. We reserve the right to adjust or modify commissions, tracking or payouts at our discretion.

Termination

We may terminate your affiliate membership at any time if we determine that you have violated our policies or have engaged in unethical or harmful practices.

You may also cancel your affiliate membership upon written notice.

Changes in the affiliates policy

We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our program or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on our website with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Jurisdiction

This Affiliate Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with Colombian law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Colombian courts.
